Mark, One must remember that the trend is still down here and recent strength has not moved above the trend line in my opinion. While I feel that the market will rally, I must see relative strength and I have not seen it. I have seen sector strength and have seen traders groping for strength, I have not seen any real change in the trend which is negative. I am still with a negative bias here! Jack!!
