Any ideas on this one now? Looks like curious upgrade with specific price targets for a company with no revenues or earnings. With current market cap of around $500M. Today we find out they filed a S3 for what looks like insider sales of around 3.5M shares. S3 also mentions that the company needs about $1B in funding to actually put this product into service. And that's assuming it even works. I am thinking about shorting this. If anyone has any ideas, let me know.
