In catching up on overdue reading, I note MU's prospectus relating to Simplot's selling of a big block of his favourite stock. Notes indicate stock delivery to Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (incidentally, this bank got clobbered today on an earnings warning. Seems stock market activities haven't gone all that well ,...tsk, tsk, tsk), a big loan, previous shorting, etc. Anybody got the straight story?
