To all -

I just wanted to write a note thanking everyone on this thread for their input. I purchased 100 shares of Micron at 33 7/8 last April and watched it promptly drop to about 16! But it fought it's way back up and I began to wonder whether to sell or not; I needed the money for Christmas and other expenses.

I think after reading this thread for a few weeks that the consensus between the "bulls" and the "bears" is that Micron is currently unprofitable. The bears are most emphatic about this and the bulls can only point to the "trend". Since my personal investing style is to invest in profitable companies and not gamble on unprofitable ones I sold. Actually, I made some money! I sold at 36 3/8 about a week ago. I wanted to write now since Micron is currently at 37 1/2; this latest price movement has not caused me to second guess my decision but I didn't want to write sooner lest some one think I am writing a "Ha Ha Ha Ha".

I suppose I bought at the wrong time and now sold at the wrong time but oh well. The latest edition of Worth magazine lists Micron as one of the ten stocks that an investor should currently aviod; accroding to Worth, the fair value per share is currently $18.

I suppose I have opend myself up to having my name made fun of and to getting laughed at but I did want to thank all.
