The announcement certainly improved my outlook but I am trying not to get excited until we get the final agreement. I agree with you that the final agreement may be close at hand given the length of time from from bringing on Dr. Tao (at which time it was stated that a partner had been found) to the letter of intent.

Let's hope this agreement works out.
