Today's announcement reminds me of Innovative Tech (ITSY). They did a restructuring of their warrants last year. When this measure was approved, the stock had an instant pop - a nice one. And that was the beginning. Over time they began to announce more and more sales of their facility management software. They started making money, and it was up, up and away from there.
