Bill, I would like to ask you to make a public apology to this thread. I have never stated that I am raising any kind of opposition group to kick current management out. I have stated that I am not pleased with current management and wish to call a special share holders meeting with management in order to discuss the issues both past and present. After hearing the facts, we can report back to the share holders. It is my belief that an election of the BOD must be held since their elected period ended June 20th. In addition to that your post may make it appear as though I am working with you regarding this endeavor and that is not true. For the purposes of disclosure Bill Jackson did give me the number and name of a person that has told me how to go about getting the share holders list. I am grateful for that. I have not shared any information with anyone on status or details of how things are progressing and I promise that when I do give out any information that it will go to the share holders participating in this action EXCLUSIVELY via E-mail or any other form that they wish me to. With that said I want to say that the share holders of IPM are incredible and I really mean that. Today alone we have 15 more people participating with us. I had one person ask, why bother? Well, I didn't answer his question as it is not worth answering IMO since actions speak louder than words and some day I hope he will have the answer to his question. At this point this is where I try to lay on a little guilt trip. I am working a full time job, have a family, working with my claim group to get our property developed, assisting a person with getting a new program started in the Mid-west, wishing I had time to restore my '73 Grand Am that I bought and trying to save a company called International Precious Metals. My patience has been tested, I am tired and I am starting to get a little cranky. I need all the help I can get here and all I am asking is from everyone is to help me get these proxy shares into me so that we can get this meeting established and IPM on a better track. I am not going to be posting how many shares we currently have but I will say that we are close enough that I am starting to think just how to tell Mr. Yellich and Mr. Doyle to start preparing for a meeting and I will be coming in full dress boots and cowboy hat. I NEED EVERY SINGLE SHARE AVAILABLE TO BACK THIS EFFORT So let's do it and get this job done before deer season rolls around. Chuck Bankes cbankgold@aol.com
