I am also disappointed in the recent prices and am glad that I did not pull the trigger when NUKE was above a dollar.

I thought then that it would come down to a more attractive price due to the short-term memories of the day-traders and during that time the Stock Detective article crushed it to these levels.

However, now that we are near a 52-week low, the question is: should I buy or will this company evaporate to nothing?

On the plus side:

The IEC seems to be real, Rhombic seems to hold the rights to it, and DB is going to market it.

The diamond doping stuff also looks credible. They are financing a lab in MO to develop this technology.

On the minus side:

Canadian company, Nevada incorporation -- Bad in general.

They can't close a measly $500,000 deal (504).

The association with a Canadian mining company to develop technologies that have nothing to do with mining -- this is a huge red flag IMO and needs to be addressed -- also the retraction about the fly-wheel purchase.

Discussion:

I now visualize Rhombic as a small office in Vancouver staffed with people that go around to universities and buy up Patent rights cheap. Since they really don't understand what they bought and professors are notoriously poor at communicating to a general audience, the PR about these acquisitions tends to be overblown. The same kind of problem occurs in "NASA Tech Briefs" -- I usually get three ROTFLMAO's from each issue.

However, they seem to have lucked into a winner with the IEC and have managed to sell the rights to DM. We need to watch the progress on the diamond facility closely -- there may be something there -- but it will take years of work and lots of millions to tell if it will pan out.

We also need to watch for the signs of a printing press company. So far, I have not seen this (the 504 is too small to matter), but a large Reg S or reverse split at this point would define NUKE as a scam (IMO)

I can't decide at this point - I'm going to continue to watch for a while.

Regards,

Tom
