Burley,

First of all, I'm almost positive market cap is calculated on total shares outstanding, not just float.

Now for the tougher question: What was FNTN's market cap at it's IPO vs now? According to this July 1997 Press release, FNTN only had 4.8 million shares outstanding (http://205.185.55.112/press4.asp), which would put its cap (assuming $6/share) at $28.8 million. It's current market cap (as of $1.92 closing) is $30.9 million. So by my calculations, FNTN has already broken through its previous high market cap.

However, I'm not sure when the share count went from 4.8 mil to 16.1 mil.

Does anyone else know this?

Kevin
