Mike,

I think some of the long time members of the thread can answer this question more completely, however, I'll give it a shot. I think FNTN's recent rise is due to the following convergence of events: I'm putting them in their order of significance (as always this is just my opinion)

(1) Tight float due to high shareholder loyalty

(2) Growing awareness of company due to recent press releases and high growing volume of discussion on sites such as SI and Raging Bull.

(3) Release of FNTN's updated web site

(4) Anticipation of FNTN's first intranet implementation

(5) Anticipation of more contracts soon to come

(6) Huge growth potential of business investments in intranets

(7) FNTN's membership in a high growth industry (intranet/internet)

(8) Potential growth in video-over-internet revenue, as increased communication bandwidth becomes available and cheap (eg, cable modems, ADSL, etc)

I'm sure there are a lot more drivers. But I honestly think that the first 4 items have prompted most of FNTN's rise thusfar. I know, in a way this sounds cynical, because the first four items on my list are fairly superficial (in the grand scheme of stock valuations). However, I am encouraged by the apparent fact that FNTN has risen this much with very little substantial news.

Any other thoughts on the subject?

Kevin
