Herm << if you are called out of your CCs your LEAPs will automatically be exercised at the CC strike price. >> My broker (Brown & Co.) informed me that they will not automatically exercise the LEAP. Consequently, I will have to watch closely to use this approach.... they view each trade individually... guess they all have their own rules on this one... best advise is to ask up front. Tom
