This is a short update.

Most of my time this week was spent working on projects behind the scenes. They included:

1. Completing the AIF filing with the Securities Commission.

2. Working on our Company's Business Plan.

3. Enhancing the presentation we have been making to brokers. This includes general 'spiffing-up' of the actual presentation and adding some components suggested to us by some of the brokers who have already seen the presentation. Currently, I am trying to set up presentation dates for the following brokerage firms:
 Brink Hudson
 Dominion Securities
 Canaccord
 Yorkton
 CIBC Wood Gundy
 Goepel McDermid

4. This week was filled with meetings with some brokers and financiers. Of course, we are looking for non-dilutive financing, and there are a few sources around that I have made contact with. I have taken some of these individuals on site tours, and they seem impressed. (This offer is good for anyone who would like to visit us and learn more about what Unitec does. Please call me at 420-8025 to arrange such a visit.)

5. The on-going projects are coming along well. EMEC, our largest project in progress continues. There is equipment nearing completion, and we should be ready to ship more product to Chile as early as the end of August.

I'm sorry if this report seems not to have as much meat as usual. I have found that sometimes it is better to err on the side of caution, especially in the stock market business.

Have a good weekend and a great week.

Regards to all,
