Joe,
You ask who keeps 'selling out' at these prices. A good question,
but a little bit of reasoning should give you the answer. Do you think
it is people like you and me and the rest of us on this thread, who
most likely bought in at waaay higher prices? I don't think it is.
I think people like me have basically written this one off almost
entirely, but are still hoping against hope that the company actually
comes out with a product (and no, I do not consider blueprints and tooling
dies to be a product!) and shows some profit at some point.

The other possible crowd that is dumping would be the people that
bought in fairly recently, thinking that this was the "golden opportunity"
(People like the sort that come into this thread thinking they just
discovered a gold mine, and use terms such as "piping hot", "delicious",
and "French Fry Vending Machine" (sometimes "revolutionary" is tossed in with
the latter...)) I think that some of the sellers are these people who realize
that the quick buck will not be found here. However, there really hasn't
been any news to change the "story" of this company, and if anything,
things are looking rosier than they have in the past. So I doubt that much of
the selling is coming from 'new kids on the block' or 'quick-turn-around artists'.

So who does that leave? Not the long-termers. Not the short-termers...
Hmmm... Could it be... SATAN? Not likely either, since even he knows
a bad deal when he sees it.

Therefore, I submit to you and the rest of the group that what we are
witnessing is a series of issuances of new shares, purposefully timed
with rosy-sounding press releases. I haven't checked recent SEC filings
for this POS, but my guess is they are issuing shares hand over fist
every quarter.

So, to answer to your question of who is selling shares, I would have to
say it is one person:

ED Kelly.

Really, now, where is his salary coming from anyways??

Cheers,
-Martin
