we even don't have to look at the far away Asia. just take look at US neighbor Canada. the C$ dropped near .65US from .75US a year ago, and still dropping. will Canadians buy more from US? I don't think so at this moment. i think that the US economy could be the victim of its own higher and higher currency. while the Americans are enjoying low inflation at home, their big multinational companys will have a hard time to make a profit.
