The story keeps building. "The company has scheduled installation of its "IntraVoice" voice-over-IP (VoIP) gateways in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Australia, with U.S. termination in Los Angeles. We had details about Indonesia and Australia, but as far as I know this is the first formal announcement that Korea, Japan, and Taiwan have been added to the network. This is no small matter, since this means that DGIV has obtained "landing rights" in these countries as well. You can't install equipment in a country to provide long distance service without getting governmental approval.
