I would think a new institutional investor would wait until the deal closing gets pretty close, because of the arbitrage there will be plenty of volume to initiate positions without disrupting the stock. Some existing investors might be taking advantage of the current price to add, and some investors that don't like the merger concept might be selling, but I'd think the bias would be more negative. The roadshow might raise the visibility with new potential investors.

I'm working on a list of questions about the combined company that I'd like to address to see how far HYSL can grow.
