James, Even though the TWC JV press release came out on just an LOI, I will share this with you. Joe mentioned to me some time ago that he would never issue a press release on an LOI again unless he was 95% sure the deal would get done. As you remember, we had several LOI's that were eventually turned down by the company for one reason or another. Those only create more questions by enquiring minds. When LOCUS and the JV deals are closed we might see a pop in the price but I for one have resigned myself to a trading range of $1.50 to $3.00 until October when Joe makes the final decision.
