I have mentioned months ago that you have two natures. In the intriguing one, your content is coherent - though its character is contemptible.
In the humiliating one, your content relapses into ridicule. It is incoherent, and both content and its character are totality beneath contempt.
Have you no pride?
When you sense the babble bug is biting, can't you Say No? Don't write or post such palaver - and save yourself the embarrassment of, when assuming sanity, having to realize that such trash is signed with your name. (It's sort of leaving a loud, smelly fart in print on the net.)
