With Penny stocks, there is virtually no way to verify a short postiion.
There are no disclosure requirements, like the OTC, NYSE< ASE etc

And I wholeheartedly agree Mr. Todd, they are , very much, "inter-related".
My concern, maybe like yours , are groups of individuals who work in groups shorting BB stocks for the benefit of shortsellers / MM's;

We can, using S.I. logs demonstrate a relationship between Asensio shortsell recommendations and certian S.I. posters;

Please note that it is perfectly legitimate to short Mr. Asensio's recommendations because they are on the larger boards.
My focus is that certain individuals / groups are present on the threads of BB stocks . What concerns me , since some of these individuals were present at GIFS, as well as the same TA, complaints to the same SEC attorney, etc., is that they may be there on behalf of big-money shortsellers/MM's.
