I invested in GLOW in the middle of May. Since then, I was patiently waiting... For me GLOW is long term investment. Once, I made my big mistake, when I sold shares of AOL ( 1000) at $45, almost 2 years ago,
When everybody was saying, that AOL sucks. 2 years later - 223 dollar stock(split). I can not compare GLOW to AOL, but I understood,that my game is passions... From yeastaday Press Release, I understood, that we deal with a real company. Yes, we have many unanswered questions about the past of this company, about their financial cituation.
Lets think...
Company Global Games 5 yaers ago, went public. They had their concept..
They collected money from IPO or DPO, who cares. Management made their money and lost interest to go further, and build a good company.
Maybe they invested money in development of software( they used contractors). Since their inceptions, the company did not made any money, or very little. Now, in the beggining of 1998, they desided to sell part of their bussiness and bring a new person to run a company and watch on the sidelines.
This person is Gary. Gary didn't think that he will have so many problem with documents. Old management didn't provide him with a full information. Gary thougth, ok , we will do the audit, and company will be fully reported by the end of the june. Gary likes a potencial of this company... But, he hires accounting firm. They started the audit, but they find so many bad documents, missing document (information about Wolf Key deal, example), that decided to stop the audit and fixed everything. They could not report any revenue, because the company never made a penny.
The new era for GLOW - middle of 1998. Lets forget about past.
Gary knows what can be done to make this company profitable.
We have a deal, real deal with goverment of Dominica. Next week will be the first real week in life of GLOW. Money flow will begin in August. They need to show something before reporting status can be worked out. Next week we will finally found out information on IGC,
their web-page will be active.
We just start rolling guys.
