Go to this link and click on the 24 Jun S-4. Gives a pretty good description of ICCAs business. As I'm sure your aware by now Peru has moved to deregulate it's telephone business now rather than the Spring which has caused the latest spike in prices. edgar-online.com I've been in and out of ICCA for a few years. I'm currently out having just recently sold. I'll be looking for a dip to get back in. Rich
