<day_22/30> Alpha v. Kurzweil Lernout (NASDAQ:LHSPF). ref/ alphasoftware.com Management has confirmed that a ruling should be forthcoming on or before Monday 17 August 1998...management has also confirmed they are waiting to hear back from the NASD pursuant to SWEBFs NASDAQ NMS listing status (SoftQuad submitted an appeal)...in the event of a NASDAQ delisting SoftQuad will be maintaining its TSE listing in addition to a temporary OTC BB listing (until they qualify for NASDAQ at which time they will reapply)...OLINE merchant has been added to its product line at alphasoftware.com ...hopefully this is not also being pushed back to a September release...management has also tentatively indicated Q2 numbers may be released soon but waiting for one or two events which may occur...one of which most likely is the Lernout arbitration ruling...
