The next move in the market will see the Russell 2000 and similar small caps out perform the S&P 100 & 500...IMHO. The real story to this market has been the tremendous growth of the big caps. There are many small companies doing things right these days ...APCO of course is one. The reality check is coming for all the big cap holders whose multiples are out of line with growth....LU for instance has a 60PE and an internal revenue growtho of something like 10%.....Great Company...too expensive. APCO has a 35% growth rate history....and thus it deserves a higher PE.... Manny, look at IPEC's TA and let me know what you think holding at 10 1/4 and believe its ready to go higher...($15 or so) good luck, bob
