**UPDATED CHARTS** The McClellan Summation Index I believe is about to bottom. I believe there's been a washout here. It may take a few more days for this index to turn. IMO, this is a crucial week for the Bond market. This is based on timing studies which are not immediately visible on my chart. The Russell 2000 is approaching a key support line and I think it will hold. Last week I said I was looking for a spike up in the VIX. That has now occurred and I expect this index to retreat to the 22-26 area. Good trading to all. Claud pw1.netcom.com
