Just a side note, I know dump truck drivers at Keiwit that are millionaires now. It may not look like it because of the size of MSFT but keep this in mind. Keiwit D shares were owned by employees in profit sharing, 401's etc. Those shares split 4-1 or 5-1 before any of the rest of us could get in on them. The stock split from Keiwit and is now level 3 stock splitting 2-1 at almost $80. This has all happened very quickly and if you give it another 5 years, the numbers will be much closer than today regarding who has made the most employee millionaires.
