Clinton is slimey, not a good example of an American Citizen. He is more worried about personal pleasures than anything else, imo.
If ANZ financials are so clear, then why are so many stockholders on this thread questioning the company disposition of it's assets?
I would study the financials if I considered buying ANZ stock, at this point it may be a bargain.
Problem is, I cannot invest in a company who lashes out at insignificant critics. It makes me wonder what is really going on.
GM, IBM, ATT, DIS, etc, all have disaffected, angry, off base shareholders. Sometimes they disrupt shareholder meetings.
They do not sue these unhappy shareholders, why?, because they know they are in the right and can answer all complaints competently. By attacking a lone shareholder, ANZ raises suspicions that perhaps he/she got too close to some ugly truths about the company.
Gabe, I know you believe in this company and I have no personal complaints. I think they are misguided in their attack on a SI poster, no matter how much they do not like his opinions.
I tried to tell them that the legal action was a misguided and costly action, they would not listen.
