Rich, Perhaps the right CEO will clean out some of the good-ol-boy network and install responsible management. There has been far too much inbreeding at EDS and somehow the philosophy of "Pay for performance" got lost in the upper echelons. This needs to change.

I agree that EDS has great people and a great business. Les has spent exorbitant amounts of money building a monument to himself at Plano and EDS needs to get back to spending every dollar as if it is your own.

EDS can dominate the industry with the right leadership.
