RE: Shares outstanding / buyout

>>> If .... shares outstanding is 95.3 million and closing price was .547 could the company be bought outright for $52 million? <<<

Last published figure (8K Filing) I had on the outstanding was 127 million.

In addition you'd have to take into account all the outstanding preferred which would add tens of millions of dollars. Add to that expected losses and restructuring charges for the September quarter along with a few othe misc items.

A wild ass guess is that perhaps $150 million would be needed.
