Ho, ho. Very droll, very droll. I apologise profusely for my mediocre attempt at humour. I desperately apologise for forgetting that your sense of humour was surgically removed. Your smug attitude indicates a lack of a connection with the real world. This is the world where anyone with a PC and a telephone can invest and make money, and be successful. I don't feel the need to be part of an elitist clique to do well, which I am. I would try not to feel too superior if I were you. If you have been reading WSJ over the last year, their "dart board" investments have had a pretty good record.

Using the word naive based on one or two posts is a little premature, but worse than that, it is unhelpful and derogatory. If you had actually explained what you meant by naive, you might have ended up answering my question more fully. Your defense of Sojourners ridiculous statement is foolish.

Looks like you too had a SOH bypass, but maybe at birth. Lighten up; you are obviously someone who is taking every word written on the thread to be deadly serious. If you come across some froth you don't like, try ignoring it. The real dummies are those who can't see through the wood for the trees.

I have been called dumb and naive, and so far it's been suggested I should give up investing. I would not for one minute believe that anything I say on this thread would make the slightest difference to how other people invest in TSQD. You seem to think otherwise, which would put you on the wrong side of the fence from the trio above, considering their obviously low opinion of anything I say. Your notion that one person can have such influence is ridiculous, and I think Ron should direct his criticism towards you instead of me. |
