Duh, but who puts a $ sign in front of a fraction? Look at the bottom of the page. Never mind, it was a simple mistake and would have been no big deal except for you always ending your messages with a "dig" which ilicits the responses you usually receive....even to the extent of 25k e-mails. Man, you really must have ticked Terje off. <G> A real man however, wouldn't have had to file a lawsuit to get even. Jim
