It's not as unlikely as some might think. WINR conservatively expects to make $4 million in earnings in the last 4 months of this year (September to December 1998). That will give them an EPS of approximately $.31 for the fourth quarter (and for the year). They plan on becoming a filing company by the end of the year (fourth quarter, financial year ends December 31). The earnings for next 4 quarters (Sept 1998 to Sept 1999) are being put at $12 million, giving an EPS of approximately $.92. Currently there are 13 million shares outstanding. So if you figure a conservative PE of 5 or 10, you can see there is a lot of potential here. And this doesn't even take into account the e-commerce aspects of their technology (though the e-commerce isn't expected to have as high a profit margin as the gaming component). Also, we can't forget that WINR will likely seek a NASDAQ listing even with a share price under $4, as they will exceed the minimum asset requirements. That will likely give the PE a nice shot in the arm, increase WINR's visibility, and give it greater access to investment from the more traditional investment community.
