Sure the potential is there, but they still have to become operational this coming late August. They have delayed far too many times and until their system is up and running, their stock will not rise...... Imagine a further delay and it is not too unlikely. Going operational is the biggest hurdle for this stock at this time. So, lets hope Skinner and his boys won't let us down yet again.....
