From the newsletter, the accounting package is what I was mentioning last week. Note from the newsletter this key phrase: " No significant delays in our anticipated SEC filing have been encountered, nor are foreseen, as a result of this conversion." That means that DGIV's SEC filings, ie the SB-10, is still on track, along with other reports that are needed for full reporting status. The accounting package is essential to the operation of what has become a multi-national corporation. And once again DGIV has chosen the best: an Oracle suite from Synergistic, hosted on a Sun Solaris server under Windows NT, allowing all of their offices to interact real time to update their master data base. STATE OF THE ART!!
