Agree. Once they are operational, the stock will start performing, but until it is, I don't anticipate major movement of this stock. I myself already have a significant position on this company, and my fingers are crossed for no more delays. I think the movement on Friday was due to the rumor or fact that Skinner is back in the States and hoping that he brought good news with him. But, there won't be no news because their main concern right now is getting their system running. Then new contract announcements will start rolling in.
