I agree that the bank must see the ongoing negotiations as definitely in its best interest--and I am also confident that over a little more time deal will be done---just don't know exactly what us shareholders will get, but I am willing to wait and see. Bought lots more at 1/16 US, so just sitting with it and waiting.
