I understand the 8K was filed yesterday I am surprised that
the terms of the convertables have not came up. I was told that
they can be converted only on approval by managment and not when
they would like to. This tells me that it gives Paul control over
this issue which everyone here has raised for months. I remain
very confident in Paul and Gils ability to take this company
to higher plateuas. I truly remain a long term investor and to
date have not sold one share of stock. In case many of you didn't
know the Europeans who Paul and Gil will be meeting in a couple
of weeks cannot sell stock for at least six months and get hit
hard by short term capital gains if they sell stock if not held
for 4 years. I feel very comfortable having them buying stock
in this market moreso than US or Canadian investors.

I bought a stock called Vista Information Solutions which at thta
time was called Datamap. I knew the CEO at that time and liked
the future of the company and what they were doing. I knew that
it would take years for them to get off the ground. The stock
went from 6 dollars which is where I got in down to 35 cents.
Now as earnings and the business plan has really taken off the
stock has been as high as 10 dollars recently. The new CEO Tom
Gay is one super individual and as a matter of fact I have told
him about NPCT but don't know if he bought any. I know many of
you here bought INCE much higher like I did VINF but I believed
in what they were doing stuck with them and now they are proving
themselves. Keep in mind this has taken a few years to happen.
INCE and NPCT fit in this same category.
