Brinker reminds us today that, at the instant of the hubristic Lady Elaine's catastophic "sell everything" pronouncement at the precise nadir of the 1996 bull market, Brinker himself declared a gift horse buy opportunity. Parenthetically, the market has never looked back from those erstwhile DJIA 5300+ levels. Meanwhile, Brinker inti- mates that "King Bear" Ralph, the newly minted Mr. "Flip-Flop" (coined by our own Double D), may have reprised her Ladyship's career discrediting sell call by crying "bear market" at the bottom of this phase of the 1998 bull market.
