It has sort of all slowly sneaked up and now the news is daily, we are acclimatized to it. I agree with Ramsey that until it is all reflected in net profit, the stock will tend to sit. Meanwhile Philip Merryman continues his amazing information collection service. Free trade agreements and reduction on telecoms tariffs means more money available for telecoms buying and less waste into state cash drains.
