Intel has PentiumII module assembly in Cavite, south of Manila (Philippines), San Jose Costa Rica and Leixlip, Ireland.

From a logistics standpoint, Hong Kong airport problems shouldn't enter into the assembly picture - unless, perhaps, some module components were purchased FROM Hong Kong and need to be shipped OUT OF Hong Kong.
