EMED buys TeJas Securities, an investment Banking Firm. Tejas brought Westower Corporation(WTW) public this past year. They currently have 3 more IPO's registered with the SEC. EMED is a wholesaler of branded pharmaceuticals....Are they getting out of pharmaceuticals? Was the the Buyout of Tejas just an easier way (than reverse merger) for Tejas to go public?...or why didn't Tejas do their own IPO?.. I think this is one stock to watch.
