Chad, reference actually was not to Paul, but to very specific verbal and written communications (including e-mails sent to several members of the old INCE contact team (of which I was one)) from Russel & Terry. No convictions yet, but that is somewhat shielded by the fact that the value has fallen so incredibly that people have not sued due to lack of likely positive (financially outcome)

I realize the legal principle, and I also know that effectively, law often works out to what you can get away with. I've spent enough time in court (civil disobedience issues) and watching other cases to know that principles such as truth or justice are irrelevent to most members of the legal profession.

You really don't want to start defending the old bunch of crooks here.
This jury's already convicted. Scott
