Well then...Fleckensteins FA DOESN'T work. Old time valuation levels haven't worked. Just like someones TA doesn't work and someone elses does.
My point was that TA doesn't work all the time any neither does FA.
It all depends on the interpretation. Then there are factors that FA doesn't even take into account. The important thing is that one looks at the right factors that influence the market. You might think you are until ones indicators don't work any more and then you realize that your indicators may have just been coincidental to what is really driving the markets...and things change.
If predicting the future was all that easy...I'd just go out and buy next weeks winning powerball ticket.
Since 1987, buy and hold has worked darn well, spoiling a whole generation of investors. Especially Intel investors. Buy and hold won't work forever. Likewise for buy the dips. I'm absolutely sure of that.
