Rick:

And I have been wondering for a while when I see prints at the bid who is getting buys there and how?

Probably a limit order that's been there for hours (days?) and the stock has finally caught up to it. There's no mystery; if a seller wants to unload his stock, he will settle for the bid price, and if a buyer really wants the stock, he'll pay the ask. Not everyone is as picky about teenies and eighths as daytraders are.

Good luck!
