I am well aware of what nonrecourse loans are and it had crossed my mind that we were playing words games, basically baiting a trap by capitalizing the word "NONRECOURSE" in Roberts previous post. Either way I believe the purpose was to continue to plant the seeds of doubt in peoples minds.

And yes I have also questioned TT's ability to obtain this type of financing. Any type of financing with favorable terms, witness the roadblocks that were put up while TT was in the hunt for IRB's to construct the long forgotten Skagit Bio TMP.
