NEWS FLASH - CNBC announced late today at 5:30 pm that CYE had apparently rejected an offer from McCaffee Software of $27.50/share (in McCaffee stock).

Looks like the last stock trade jumped from $16.375 to $21.75 - up $6 for the day. I cancelled my GTC sell order at $17 and hiked it up into the $20's.

Anybody find a news release or source?
