I don't think volume was all that significant until Friday. There definitely is a downward momentum that is scaring investors out. I think the investors are making more out of the delisting than they should be. The stock was unable to hold above $1.00 and did not meet NASDAQ eligibility requirents. The consequences are that they can't pull off the Benny's deal. But the company is not dead yet at least if you believe Friday's press release. I think the stock is still a big gamble, but the payoff is great compared to most stocks at this price with cazillions of shares outstanding.
