I have been reading many of the comments made on this site the last 30 days or so and would like to respond. First, the fact that they reduced inventory by 93 million has little to no effect on margins, the effect is on cash flow. My guess is that they are somewhat strapped in the cash area and are forcing there managers to better keep an eye on the big ball called inventory. Seconds, aprox 4 months ago they hired a lady by the name of Jane Gilmartin as a Senior V.P, prior to SME she worked for Linens & Things (has any one seen what the company did under her marketing and merchandising direction). Pretty impressive. Don't get me wrong, I am a little bearish on this stock as well, but with a new store rollout coming in a few months we could see some value being built back into this company. Any thoughts?
