Isn't the increase in shares for the employee stock purchase plan? That isn't bad, especially at these levels. Plus, DO NOT VOTE for Richard Rappaport!!!! He was the lead underwriter that worked for Joseph Charles, and now works for EBI. EBI is no where to be found supporting this stock, and we all know Joesph Charles' situation. This stock SHOULD NOT BE AT THESE LEVELS, PERIOD! Leaks (Paperheart) regarding this companies situation (Jessup Lamont offer), and half-truths, can probably be traced back to Joseph Charles. I think Paperheart on this thread has some strong ties JC.

As always, IMO.
