Some additional Comments about the Press Release...

>>The Digitcom Network will offer users high-quality voice- and fax-over-IP, and
global voice messaging. Products planned include enterprise- level "Intranet" IP phone
service, video conferencing and multimedia transmission for customers.<<

IMO, this is a huge statement. We see where Digitcom currently is and get a glimpse of
where it wants to with its products. I work for a Fortune 500 semiconductor
manufacturer that relies heavily upon video conferencing and its intranet. We have found
both to be vital in connecting multiple sites in multiple states and countries to ensure
common direction in both standard business processes and technology development and
transfer. The intranet is used in a variety of ways... carrying the Human Resources
Policy and Procedures Guide (and other reference manuals), Learning and
Development's class schedules, carrying pictures of the latest technology problems (for
multi-site troubleshooting) and even a Q & A page with one of the V.P.'s. Our intranet
gets a huge number of hits on a daily basis. And guess what? That capability does not
come for free. :-)

>>Digitcom engineers have been developing proprietary software for Natural
MicroSystems' NT-based platform since late 1996.<<

Proprietary software. And they have been doing this since 1996... nothing like thinking
ahead!

>>The company has scheduled installation of its "IntraVoice" voice-over-IP (VoIP)
gateways in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Australia, with U.S. termination in
Los Angeles. Testing of the leased-line VoIP network will occur from late August
through September with commercial service slated to launch immediately thereafter.<<

As somebody has mentioned previously, one doesn't just install equipment in a place
where they don't have a deal or expect it to be used. I smell revenues in 4 new countries
beginning in the 4th quarter.
