Chuca: Appreciate the input. I tend to agree that they can survive. Management seems to be high caliber and seem to have a group of pretty good properties, including the current one. From the perspective, of a year or two down the road, I think this is a hell of a buy---a potential moonshot. The main risk at this point would seem to be the possibliity, however remote, that this big, new deal wouldn't go through. But when that become a certainty, the stock will no longer be under twenty cents. At this point, I'm a bull and a buyer. Regards, Dave C.
